PARENTS:

Please remember to bring in a change of clothes for your child in case of accidents. Remember to look for soiled clothing daily in the basket on the bottom shelf of the closet.

Also, please remember to bring in a blanket and small pillow for your child to use during nap time.

Pre-Primary

Our children have settled in for a terrific start to the new year! We have been reinforcing class rules and learning the work cycle. The children are adapting very well.

We began August by sharing family picture albums and then learning about the life of a butterfly through its picture album. We also had great fun making butterflies with a stamp kit. The importance of order in relation to size was reinforced as each child worked on building our pink tower. If your child has come home with wet clothes, it may mean that he/she had a chance to explore our sand & water table in the outdoor classroom!

Check out our pictures by clicking the Photos1 & Photos2 links above. Photos2 will show you pictures our Artichoke presentation. Many children liked the taste of this exotic vegetable!

We will be celebrating Mexican Independence Day on September 16th. We will also welcome the season change to fall by practicing leaf rubbing. and observing changes to our indoor and outdoor classrooms.

Thank you to the parents who donated paint, a potty seat, Kleenex, hand soap and juice!

Thanks,

Haley and Maria
