Waiting List & Placement Process

Applicants are placed on our waiting list. Abner Montessori School is a learning community built on shared values, mutual respect, and a commitment to each child’s growth. We prayerfully and thoughtfully seek families who will partner with us in nurturing the whole child — academically, socially, and spiritually.

Our waiting list is not a traditional “first-come, first-served” system. Instead, placement decisions are based on several factors, including:

• Age and developmental readiness of the child
• Classroom composition and balance
• Program availability by level
• Alignment between the family’s educational goals and our school’s mission
• The ability of our program to meet the needs of the child

This approach allows us to maintain a healthy classroom community and provide the best possible learning environment for every student.
